The Blue Sky design team worked with New Zealand based company Robinhood to design an innovative range of kitchen rangehoods. Starting with intensive research into environments of use, emerging technologies and socio-cultural trends, the project was a true collaborative effort between the Blue Sky and Robinhood engineers and marketing department. This is a project where Blue Sky worked with the client from initial research through design, engineering and production phases, and up to product launch.

The final range consists of compact fixed units, slim-line canopy units, tapered canopies and advanced slide out designs. All of the designs have a family Robinhood “DNA” appearance which was conceived by the Blue Sky design team.

The rangehoods use high-tech, easy to clean capacitive touch switching, with intuitive user feedback and creating a clean modern appearance. Coupled to this are innovative lighting systems, efficient motors and filter systems.

The products are sold through-out the Australian and New Zealand markets.
